If you text us

Texting us is how you start a text conversation, and it is entirely optional. You are never required to text us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us, of signing or renewing a lease, of submitting a maintenance request, or of paying rent. Tenants who would rather not text are served exactly the same way by phone, by email, and through the online tenant portal.

When you text or call us first, we reply by text to that same number. We do not text tenants who have not contacted us. You can also text START to one of the numbers above to opt in.

• Reply HELP for help, or call the number you texted.
• Message frequency varies, and depends on what you have asked us about. Most requests are a few messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Emergencies

For a fire, a gas leak, or a medical emergency, call 911 first. For water coming into the home, shut off the main valve if you can reach it, then call or text us.
