AADP Management, LLC (“AADP,” “we,” “us”) operates aadp.online and uses it to list rental and rent-to-own properties, collect prospect inquiries, and coordinate showings. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Booking information you provide when scheduling a showing: name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time window, and whether you consent to receive SMS messages about your booking.
Communications you send us (replies to booking-confirmation emails or text messages, voicemails to AADP).
Standard server logs generated by visits to aadp.online (IP address, timestamps, pages requested). We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.

How we use your information

To confirm your showing booking and send you the property’s lockbox code.
To follow up after your showing to ask how it went and answer questions.
To respond to questions you ask us by email, text, or phone.
To improve the listings experience (e.g., understanding which listings get the most interest).

SMS messaging program

If you opt in to SMS while booking a showing, you will receive transactional text messages from AADP at the phone number you provided. Typical messages: a booking confirmation with your lockbox code, and a short follow-up after your showing.

Message frequency: low — typically 1–3 messages per showing.
Message and data rates may apply (set by your mobile carrier).
To opt out at any time, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP.
SMS opt-in is optional — you can complete a booking without consenting to SMS, and we will email you instead.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the listings program (for example, our hosting provider, our SMS carrier, our email provider, and our accountant), under contracts that require them to protect the information and use it only on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety or property of AADP or others.

Data retention

We keep booking and lead records for as long as needed to manage the showing, complete any resulting lease or rent-to-own contract, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time; see “Your choices” below.

Your choices

Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text from AADP.
Opt out of email: reply to any AADP email and ask us to stop, or use any unsubscribe link present.
Request deletion of your booking record: email aronpanderson@gmail.com with the property address and the email/phone you used.
Request a copy of the information we hold about you: same email address.

Children

aadp.online is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the Effective date above and, when reasonable, contact you using the email or phone number on file.
